• Complete and sign the Schengen Visa Application Form
• Include 1 recent photograph (not older than six months) with a white background (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm)
• Provide a brief explanation of your visit plans

📘 Original & Copy of Passport

• Submit original passport and a copy
• If extended, include extension page and observation page
• ❗ Note: Schengen states do not accept Indian handwritten passports or manually amended passports (after 01/04/2010)

📕 Previous Passport

• Submit all previous passports, regardless of condition
• If lost, provide a written explanation of the circumstances

🏨 Proof of Lodging

• Proof of hotel reservation, rental agreement, or other accommodation for the entire stay in Schengen countries
• For multiple countries, include a detailed itinerary and transport reservations

📄 Travel Agency Confirmation

• Certificate from travel agency or equivalent documentation indicating travel plans

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Marriage & Birth Certificates

• Copy of marriage certificate
• Children’s birth certificates (if applicable)

✈️ Flight Reservation

• Proof of return ticket
• For multiple destinations, submit intra-Schengen reservations (flight/train/car)

🛡️ Travel Medical Insurance

• Must be valid in all Schengen countries
• Coverage of at least 30,000 Euros for accident, illness, evacuation, etc.
• Must cover entire trip duration, including arrival and departure dates

💼 Proof of Employment or Activity

• Employees:
• Recent pay slips (3 months)
• Employment contract
• Employer’s leave approval
• Students:
• Enrollment confirmation
• Self-employed:
• PAN registration
• Bank statements (3 months)
• OR Company registration certificate
• Pensioners:
• Pension statement (3 months)
• OR Proof of regular income (from property/business)

💰 Proof of Financial Means

• Bank statements for the last 3 months
• Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years
• If sponsored: Provide proof of sponsorship

👶 Parental Consent (For Minors)

• Consent letter from parental authority or legal guardian is required if the minor is:
• Traveling alone or
• Traveling with only one parent

🧍‍♂️ Travel Companions

• If traveling with others, list names and number of co-travelers

💳 Fees

• ₹17,000/-
• Processing Time: 12–15 working days (may vary based on Embassy of Sweden, New Delhi)
