- Anything not specifically mentioned under the "Inclusions" column
- Any Medical Expenses or Insurance during the tour
- 5% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked, 20% TCS)
- (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends within or outside SEVAKTRIP TOURS & TRAVELS up to ₹10 Lakhs in a financial year and 20% for incremental spends beyond ₹10 Lakhs)
💳 Payment Policy
- Initial deposit: ₹25,000 per person to confirm your booking
- 50% of the total payment to be made before 45 days of departure
- 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure
- (on or before the time limit for reconfirmation)
- Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on payment day

Rate of exchange will be considered as per the prevailing rate on the payment date
❌ Cancellation Policy
- 50+ days before travel date: INR portion (as per tour cost) + ₹25,000 on USD part
- 44 to 35 days: 50% of tour cost
- Less than 25 days: 100% cancellation
