💳 Payment Policy
- Initial deposit: ₹25,000/- per person to confirm your booking
- 50% of total payment to be made 45 days before departure
- 100% payment to be made 30 days before departure
- (on or before reconfirmation deadline)
- Dollar portion payable as per prevailing exchange rate on payment date
💱 Note: Exchange rate will be considered as per payment date
❌ Cancellation Policy
- 50+ days before travel: INR portion as per tour cost + ₹25,000 on USD part
- 44 to 35 days before: 50% of tour cost
- Less than 25 days: 100% cancellation
