- In Cruise Gratuity:
- $40 USD per person for Inside Cabin
- $50 USD per person for Balcony Cabin (to be paid directly on cruise)
- 5% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked, 20% TCS will be applicable)
TCS @ 5% on spends towards international holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside SEVAKTRIP TOURS & TRAVELS) up to ₹10 Lakhs in a financial year and @ 20% for incremental spends beyond ₹10 Lakhs.
💳 Payment Policy
- Initial deposit – ₹50,000/- per person to confirm your booking
- 50% of the total payment to be made before 45 days of departure
- 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure (on or before the time limit of reconfirmation of booking).
- 💱 Dollar portion to be paid as per the prevailing exchange rate on the payment date
- Currency fluctuations will apply based on the exchange rate at the time of payment
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- 50+ days before travel: INR portion + ₹50,000 on USD part
- 44 to 35 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost
- Less than 25 days: 100% cancellation charges apply
