TCS @ 5% on spends towards international holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside SEVAKTRIP TOURS & TRAVELS) up to ₹10 Lakhs in a financial year and TCS @ 20% for incremental spends beyond ₹10 Lakhs.
💰 Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - Rs. 25,000/- per person to confirm your booking
- 50% of the total payment to be made before 45 days of the departure
- 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure
Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day
- Currency Fluctuations: Rate of exchange will be considered as per the prevailing rate at the date of payment
❗ Cancellation Policy
- 50+ days before travel date: INR portion total + ₹25,000 on USD part
- 44 to 35 days: 50% of tour cost
- Less than 25 days: 100% cancellation
