💳 Payment Policy
- Initial Deposit – ₹50,000/- per person to confirm your booking
- 50% Payment – To be made 45 days before departure
- 100% Payment – To be made 30 days before departure (on or before the reconfirmation deadline)
💱 Dollar Component to be paid as per prevailing exchange rate on payment date
🔁 Currency Fluctuation: ROE will be considered as per rate on date of payment
❌ Cancellation Policy
- ❕ 50+ days before travel: INR portion as per tour cost + ₹50,000/- on USD part
- ❕ 44 to 35 days before travel: 50% of tour cost
- ❗ Less than 25 days: 100% cancellation
