- (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends within or outside SEVAKTRIP TOURS & TRAVELS up to ₹10 Lakhs in a financial year and 20% for incremental spends beyond ₹10 Lakhs)
💳 Payment Policy
- Initial deposit: ₹60,000 per person to confirm your booking which is non - refundable
- 50% of the total payment to be made before 70 days of departure
- 100% payment to be made at least 50 days before departure
- (on or before the time limit for reconfirmation)
- Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on payment day
💱 Currency Fluctuations:
Rate of exchange will be considered as per the prevailing rate on the payment date
❌ Cancellation Policy
- 90 to 70 days: 50% of tour cost
- 70 to 50 days: 80% of tour cost
- Less than 49 days: 100% cancellation
